A great place to visit with younger children! I did not have very high expectations upfront, but the way the museum managed to make the books interactive is truly remarkable. Each book has its own room and children can sneak through little holes from one story to the other. Only minor downside is the small access elevator which makes it quite hard to reach with an oversized stroller.
A small and very nice and colorful museum where kids can have a lot of fun. My five-year old daughter enjoyed the playground space upstairs.
Good for small kids. For older not so much. Half of exhibition is in Dutch language only - no english.
What a fun place to go! So many books.. good activities for kids! Warning: Adults might fall asleep.. :))
What a fantastic place. If you read your child books for kids in The Netherlands, they will for sure enjoy being in a place where they can be part of those stories. The scenarios are amazing and within those scenarios you are able to read them a story or just let them play with other children and see them use their imagination while playing. 5 stars.
The museum is amazingly designed and super interactive. I expected to be there an hour or two, but after 3,5 the kids were still busy doing all sorts of stuff. Making poems, playfully learning about stories, shooting book reviews, telling stories, etc...
Lots of cool things to do. Went with kids almost 2 and 3.5 years old. They had the yime of their life with Frog and friends and all the other stories
