Everyting for them is a reason to send you a letter threatening to give you a fine. No matter what you do you are always in the wrong. This is a criminal and fraud company.

I called customer service and when a man answered I asked my question in English. He sarcastically answered “Yes I can speak English thank you” and was very annoyed. I was honestly shocked but I proceeded with my question. He interrupted me and asked if I have my BSN number with me, which I didn’t have because I just wanted to ask a general question about their website. I told him that and he hung up the phone. He hung up the phone after I had to to wait about 30 min to get on the phone with them. Just incredibly rude. Unbelievable.
They make use of foreign students. I was insured by AON as a student. They gave me a fine as they assumed from nowhere that i was a working person. I tried to prove that i was a student within this period by sending my student registration proof to SVB, but no answer till now. All what happened is that they increased the fine. I saw a lot of people suffering from the same problem. Why should we shut up against such nasty thieves!! We have to take a move as such bad companies try to blackmail foreigners, weak and needy people. It is our duty guys to TAKE A MOVE.
Trying to scam students into paying insane amounts for unwanted insurances. Me and other (foreign) students got subscribed to health insurances we never needed. They make it very hard to get in touch and you have to communicate between the CAK and SVB, both organizations will tell you that the other one is responsible. At one point they threatened us with a \deeurwaarder\. The forms they ask for and you have to send by post will 'mysteriously' never arrive so they can add more fines on top. The same procedure happened to me and plenty of other people. It took me longer than half a year of discussions till they admitted their mistake. Watch out for these kind of companies! FRAUD
