The store is fine but as others have pointed out there is definitely tension between mother and daughter who own the store & work there. And sometimes this tension soils over the counter and affects client relations. I find the mother to be short, unfriendly and unhelpful. However, the few times that I have dealt with the younger lady which I assume to be the daughter of the older one, I was helped kindly. But yes I have thick skin and none of the above minus points has made me discontinue going there. I hope this helps the ladies to take my criticism constructively.

The 'retour' package I brought had been opened, I asked if the lady had a little piece of tape to close it. She said no you can buy tape and pointed to shelves in the shop, I paid 1,50 for some expensive tape brand..more expensive than sending the package. Not very customer friendly :(

Fijne supersnelle service. Je kunt net zo goed hier boeken bestellen als bij de grote online warenhuizen. #shoplocal. Dat wordt echt gewaardeerd en je hebt ook nog een loopje door het mooie Scheveningen-dorp.
