My friend surprised me with a high tea here. The high tea was served in two parts, first different kinds of sandwiches, quiches and scones. The second part was all different kinds of cake. It was delicious and fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The cafe itself was very cute. Lots of brocade details, tea cups were used as lamps. It was a great gift !

Delicious! Everything was/is simply DELICIOUS!!! and the atmosphere!!! On par with the food! And let's not forget this is the best place in the city for cakes! And they're home-made!!!
I think the reason I keep coming back to this place is because of the yummy aroma that fills the air. Bloem is unique because the cakes are made on the spot. You can watch the cook/owner make them! The menu has brunch options such as club sandwiches and a Brie melt. High tea is on offer and fresh juices and smoothies are available. Enjoy them on the seats in front along the cobble stoned path or indoors surrounded by interesting wall hangings. Recommended— chocolade modder and carrot cake.
Nice place to go to if you like high tea and home made cakes. When we went here, there was a sweet sixteen birthday going on, so it's also suitable for groups. I had a pumpkin soup with nut bread, which was very nice. The service is very friendly, but the coffee (I had a cappuccino) a little bit less.
