The experience right from the visit to the store to the delivery of the bed is simply exemplary. Great advise... No pushy salesmen... They listen to what you need as the customer and deliver exactly what is promised and when it is promised. Absolutely fabulous customer service. I wish I could give you more stars.

Very poor after sales support and customer care.
Nearly bought a bed using the on-line store, however technical issues with the site forced me to the store directly; very pleased I did. Great selection in store, and the lady who helped me (don't catch her name) was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Came out of the store with a better bed selection than I would have purchased just using the online store, as a direct result of the lady's advice. Not pushy at all. Overall good experience.
Staff is helpful and delivery is on time. Change is possible without any fee.

Ben een vriendin van oude dame die een bed hier heeft gekocht. Dit bed wordt nog bezorgd maar men vroeg haar 25 euro te betalen om het oude matras mee te gaan nemen. Ik vind dat een schandalige actie van dit bedrijf. zo'n matras kan gewoon gratis bij grof vuil worden aangeboden ....nee hoor ipv van dit gratis mee te nemen in ruil voor de dure aankoop liever 25 euro vragen....ik zou hier daarom nooit iets kopen...zo'n inhalig bedrijf...
