Excellent service and really friendly staff. They didn't try to push the most expensive mods on to me but listened to my requirements and suggested lots of options. Got some lovely juice on the 12 days of Christmas offer too

Hard to express how impressed I am with this place. I turned up 15 minutes before they close, with an out of date vape that didn't work, asking them for advice. They essentially stripped it down, figured what was wrong, gave clear and complete advice on what best to get to fix it, discussed the complexity of VG vaping at length as my partner is sensitive to PG. Set everything up for me, waited for me to test it, advised on liquids, and sent me out completely set up and ready to go over 45 minutes after they should have shut up shop. All done with a great, friendly attitude, no pressure to buy anything at all, offers of future help, and a genuine interest in talking to me. Kinda wish I could give more than five stars.
Got my first vape there and got a real bargain. Loads of flavours to choose from. Very helpful, friendly staff, who talked me through all the instructions. They also have a reward card. Awesome.
