Pool, hot tub, suana and deep end for diving. The men's showers have amazing pressure. Their gym is a bit small but has the essentials for a workout.
Great community facility , friendly staff , not filled with jocks. Not overly busy so there is reasonable access to exercise equipment . Would be nice if there was a cafe or snack bar.
Although the cost for membership is slightly high, it is justified by access to all of the Delta Parks facilities. This is my home gym, and it has a great sense of community and welcomeness.

Very friendly staff and excellent swim club. The loan outside could use some care, but still, it's a wonderful place!
