I never give a 1 star unless it's super horrible. This company's customer service is uber horrible. I've been waiting for my hood range and dishwasher to be serviced for over 3 months and when I called in the other day, the service tech hadn't even requested to get the parts. This is after he came by to have a look and assess a few weeks ago. Shady. Don't buy extended warranties. Trail appliances and other companies will throw you into the dogs.

Finally the day came for the repair person to arrive. I did not get the phone call the night before to confirm the appointment they said would happen so I was surprised to get the call just before 8 am the next day saying they were on there way. Waited for 2 hours then decided I should check to see why they had not arrived. Apparently I did not give them my buzzer number to contact me so they left. When I contacted their office I was informed that it was my responsibility to give them the code. It is the first time I have lived in a condo and I haven't called a repair person before so I never thought of it. They do it for a living should they not ask to make it simpler for everyone. It took 2 weeks to get a call to book the appointment and 3 weeks more for the service date and now who knows how long. NOT iMPRESSED. UPDATE 2020-12-17 Received a telephone call from LEIGH the supervisor. He did not wish to listen to my side of the story but started YELLING at me and saying it is totally my fault for not giving a buzzer number and yelled that \I need to learn something\ at this point , I calmly talked over him yelling at me and I thanked him very much for his call and that I did not need to be spoken to like this and I hung up.
Would absolutely avoid. Technician came to inspect range hood early December and said he needed to order parts, about 3-4 weeks for the part to arrive. One month later, I heard nothing back, so I contacted customer support. Had to do this on 3 days, and each day they told me the technician would call me within 24 hours. Finally they called and told me my range hood was not repairable and would need to be replaced. Absolute waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.
The tech seems to be rushing not willing to spend time to wait for the washing cycle to finish. The first time he came he changed the control chip and only tried the rinse and spin. I tried the normal cycle the next day it didn't work. I have to wait for another 4 weeks for a follow up just to find out I needed to turn the temperature knob to tap cold if I want to use cold water to wash. Wish he has told me the first time I didn't have to wait 4 weeks to find that out.
