Service was excellent. But when he called in it took way too long! I would tell my friends not to be in a hurry! The upside was I got some deals because it took over 2 hours. The downside was my bill was 220 and will be corrected next bill. Not sure why you do it that way?? My first outlay was almost 500 for iPhone & bill. Maybe that's why overcharge the 1st time and then correct? Not happy about that at all BECAUSE I went in to see if I can have a better plan than Rogers. Namely a prepaid plan of 18 a month to lower my bill, and I got 2 new plans instead so the guy did a fabulous job of selling me because i did not get a cheaper plan after all. Kudos to him. I did not need more data and he sold me. Also I was not going to change my plan at all so he did his job very well indeed. A year later, my discount expired so now I have another plan. Need to keep on top of charges.
It was a very amazing experience. The way Sonia guided us and gave the best plan was very professional and pleasing and will definitely go with them in future as well. She was very convincing and kind and she knew exactly what we required. Will definitely refer them to everyone.

She was extremely patient, very nice, and she took the time to go through every option with us and provide the best options for our family. She went above and beyond to make sure the service was amazing. She was very friendly from the start and really easy to talk to. The best costumer service I have experienced. Went in to the store yesterday near tears. My husband had run over my work phone with his car. The phone looked beyond repair. I was on emergency cell and needed to be able to answer the phone. The sales person who was helping me was amazing! I thought I’d have to purchase a phone - money I did not want to spend. The staff person assured me he could quickly repair the phone. In 10 minutes I had a new screen and a working phone. Can’t say thanks enough!!!
I had gone to the store today and my experience turned out to be amazing and the reason for that was Sonia only. she had given me a very very good deal for a new plan, she knows what she is doing and what the customer wants and because of her I was able to put a smile on my mother's face by gifting her a new phone. Thumbs up for Sonia and I wish I could rate this experience more than 5 stars because Sonia you deserve more than that and thank you so much for today. :) :D
