Tekworks provides excellent on site and remote support to our large university biomedical research lab. They are able to support our state of the art IT equipment as well as our old obsolete scientific equipment and help personnel with all of their individual computer needs. They are familiar with specific scientific software programs in addition to all of the standard PC and server software programs. From computer hardware and software purchases, installation, data transfer, physical and cloud based backups, they have us covered. A combination of weekly scheduled visits and on call emergency visits or remote support keeps us up and running at all times. Thanks Tekworks!
