Elaine and her team are amazing. After months of going from physiotherapist to physiotherapist with slow results, I reluctantly decided to go to TTown Pilates. After just a few sessions I felt my leg returning to a more normal state. My broken leg healed in six weeks and TTown Pilates got my muscles back to where they should be. Call them today so you get get back in the game. I love skiing and now I am as good as new!

Starting a fitness program with Elaine and T-Town pilates has been a game changer! It's wonderful to not only find a highly knowledgeable & supportive fitness instructor you can trust, but to get serious results while still having fun is fabulous. Whether small group or individual sessions, Elaine tailors each program to your needs, challenges you at your own level, and monitors you with hawk-like attention (so if you were thinking of cheating on a move, forget it, she'll catch you every time!) Programs are fundamentally pilates-based, but she can add in all sorts of other activities (barre, weights, spinning, or rehab work if needed) to keep things interesting. The hour flies by, and I never dread coming to class. Plus I've met some lovely people and no one seems to take themselves too seriously. Pilates sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels & ages, so if you're nervous about starting something new, you really couldn't be in better hands. Thank you Elaine!
