Bought this chair for my son from staples yesterday and I could not have been happier with price. Although at first it was hard getting help from an employee but once i was able to it was smooth sailing. As my son is realy enjoying the chair so far If you would like a good chair at a good cost this is your spot.
We went to print a project for school. It was self serve but would not print an Excel chart...still not sure why. We were able to cut the items with a paper cutter but it was very sticky and hard to remove each item. They had tablets at the end of the aisle on display which looked very dirty and I thought it was odd due to the Covid restrictions. They don't have or I couldn't find coloured paper that I could place on the board so we went to the local dollar store. They had lots of poster boards on stock but only one size. Overall I would go back.
Terrible service, returned an item in store and was never refunded. After contacting customer service, online chat and the store no one was able to assist any further. Finally they acknowledged that they never completed the refund. After almost three weeks of tracking down my refund they own up to there mistake. I will never order from Staples again, terrible service, use Amazon instead at least you get your refund in a couple days not a couple weeks.
