I bought an Acer computer from them and have had nothing but a run around since. Firstly the computer they installed was a cheaper model than they charged me for which I had to figure out. He also tried to charge me a higher labour rate than he quoted. After weeks of chasing they said they couldn't upgrade it to the one they charged me for because they could not make house calls due to Covid19 so I offered to take it to them and they said the shop was closed and may not reopen, so I tried to get a refund for the extra charge which took weeks to get 50 even though Bestbuy shows a 100 to 400 difference between the two models. I question Sujay's ability also since I had a perfectly operating network between my old desktop, laptop and my TV with my old system and now I don't have any network at all and cannot get them to respond to fix this. I am left thinking that he does not know how to set up a network. The computer also has issues which are frustrating and I would not buy the same make again. I would not recommend this company. I bought a three year warranty also which I suspect is worthless. Hope I do not have to use it. Answer: Reply is not true. Only one remote session took place to set up the remote backup drive and get around the network issue which worked from the laptop to the TV only for just a few days. Never been able to communicate between the desktop and the laptop. Network has never worked. Other issues with font size which they know about and computer randomly shutting down at times still exist. Despite repeated requests for another remote review his "virtual assistant" has never scheduled it. Still waiting.
