This was my first time taking a shuttle to Seattle and the service was beyond my expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff that made you comfortable and at ease during the drive. It was a great experience and looking forward to booking my next shuttle trip with Quick Shuttle.
I travelled from Campbell River store to Seattle outlets, it was a really good experience. The Reservations staff was really pleasant and driver were helpful. On top of that price was so reasonable. I enjoyed my travel and will use it for all future travels.
On-time pick up in downtown Vancouver (Holiday Inn on Howe st), comfortable bus, friendly driver, and on-time arrival at SeaTac Airport. All in all, a good experience, and I'll ride with them again when the need arises.

If you chance on this particular RUDE bus driver w/ a turban then be warned. Plus bus ride from Seattle was crazy HOT like an OVEN. it's my first time encountering a rude driver from them. I approached him to explain a misunderstanding about the get off point involving my 2 small luggages then he started complaining and scolding me. Terrible! Kept on muttering even while driving so disrespectful!
