I drove for 45mins to get to this store and they didn't disappoint me and my brother. Charlie and Bruce got A in customer service and everything was superb. I will definitely come again and recommend this store for everybody. You won't be disappointed. Keep the good work up Bruce and Charlie. And thanks for playing the Nigerian music

Bruce takes care of his customers! I found a minuscule defect when I got home today and he said come back we’ll exchange it. It was my mistake but he made it right for me. This is how you get repeat customers and referrals, you make sure the person knows that their business is valued no matter what ( in this case the what being my OCD ). I also want to point out that while I was browsing a lady walked in and said “hi Bruce”. That might be insignificant to some but to me it shows she’s a repeat customer and has a friendly rapport with the owner. Makes the place feel friendly and welcoming. Anyway check out the website and/or visit the Tsawwassen location. Happy shopping

The Owner was so helpful and amazing !! We came home with a wonderful TV!! - The first one we brought home had some unusual glitch, without any fuss our TV was swapped out for a brand new one! We will be coming back.

Considering Tsawwassen is lacking in tech stores, this place is worth the visit. The stock changes somewhat frequently and is very well priced.
Went in on opening day and they were very helpful. Planned on getting a 55" tv but they were so cheap we went with a 65. It wouldn't fit in our SUV (car seat was in the way).. immediately they offered to deliver it, threw it in the back of their personal pickup and followed me to my place. Much appreciated.. thanks!
