Terrible place that rips you off. Gave me the wrong headlight for a Honda Civic 3 times!! He said ‘this always happens with Honda’s..’. Um How??!! After my third trip back, the store manager said ‘ I found it online, it’s going to be 64 and we have to ship it in. You’ll have to pay now’. 64 for a headlight?? I said no thanks. I had brought back my original incorrect headlight with my receipt however after being sent back home with 2 other incorrect options it managed to go ‘missing’ off of their counter...They refused to give me my 20 back for my headlight (yes that was 20 for a headlight) because they said they didn’t know how much they charged me for it and if I had used it..?? I said obviously I didn’t use it, I’ve just gone home 2 more times with other wrong options. Just scan it in and see’. He said ‘no, I don’t know what account you went under’. I said ‘well it would be a walk-in’. He said that’s not how it works. When I asked to speak with someone in charge he gave me the number of a another store and told me he was the manager in Ladner. This manager was the worst fraud I’ve ever seen and refused to see a problem when they couldn’t give me the right headlight for a Honda!! Minimum rating is 1 star, I’d like it to be 0 stars but let’s say that the 1 star rating is because they were smiling as they were screwing me over. Needless to say I went over to Lordco, they found the correct headlight in under 5 mins and it was 7... not 64. DON’T GO TO NAPA

Good service from knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the prices are competitive. Would definitely shop here over the Ladner Lordco, the only downside is they don't have as big a sales floor as the Lordco. I have had issues finding more esoteric brands or types of fluids here.
