David was "over-the-top" helpful in sourcing a 10 year old transformer which he sent from the Vancouver store to the Edmonton store and which I installed today. It saved us from having to replace the entire track-lighting system and I am extremely grateful!

Although I was promised delivery on a Friday before the long weekend, Kendal cancelled the delivery without notice. When I called on Tuesday, they still could not ship it until late that afternoon. There were 3 electricians at my home all day Tuesday waiting for the lights to arrive, getting paid to do nothing. Very poor customer service.
