I went in to get a bracelet engraved and was told it would be ready by Thursday. On Wednesday, one of the workers called me saying the bracelet had scratches, i thats ok once its cleaned you wont really see it. The worker said "well we dont clean it here" i asked "nothing at all not even a little wipe?" She said "no we dont", so i said "then ill just get it polished or cleaned or something" she replied "well then you should come get it and bring it to us after" i said "i dont live that close and why would i do that?" She continuously answered rudely and argumentative that she wont do it if im gonna get it polished or cleaned as it might ruin the engraving. Even though i kept saying please do it i paid for a service please engrave it... eventually we hung up, Thursday came around no call, Friday nothing. Finally Sunday i decided to call and another worker answered, said it was ready but she guessed someone forgot to call me . Not very good customer service at all!

Got my copy of my house key that I'm still using here, and can't complain at all. Service was quick, and it was just in and out.
The worst customer service in Canada, The lady just said whatever not my problem. Unable to provide accurate information about pricing couldn't refund the extra money because she was unable to do so. 20 dollar difference between price from one day to another didn't have any answer for anything almost rude to everyone walked in. It would be nice if any body even take responsibility of that kind of behavior. Never felt that humiliated ever before.
Service is great! I use Flex Delivery to ship all of my packages here instead of the postal outlet that is actually closer to my home. I get 1-2 packages per week here. The friendly and helful staff are wonderful.

Postal service side is OK. Service is generally fairly slow and staff always seem as though they would rather be somewhere else, but they get the job done, so 3 stars.
I had a great experience here. I brought some glasses in to be engraved the day before my wedding and Paula got them done by 11 am the next day. I can't thank her enough.
