Im sorry but it’s absolutely ridiculous that they would be unwilling to give or sell a cup for water. Response was also quite rude. Frankly if I didn’t have an hour and a half wait I would have returned the food I bought simply on principal. If you can bring your own food, do it.

Terrible service. Male teenager serving us did not know how to make coffee. Tasted burnt. Cream was empty and serving station was a mess. Disgusting coffee and too expensive. Ridiculous
Refused to sell me a cup for water, and was incredibly rude about it. Absolute scam.
No one makes eye contact, stood at the register with my wallet waiting to purchase a sad looking and over priced sandwich behind the counter. Girl was too busy moping the floor and even mopped around me while I was waiting. What a joke.
The fascist lady at the counter wouldnt sell me a paper cup for water. She insisted i spend money i didnt have for a bottle! Sell me a cup for christ sake i had a quarter!
