WORST delivery service, STAY AWAY!!! Never made phonecall to me! Only left notice card. When I tried to pickup my parcel at FedEx Terminal Pickup Window, the service staff said they did not find my package, it might be in the trailer, but that staff definitely promised the driver 100% deliver to me on the next day and call me before delivery. As a result, I didn’t even receive half a call from Great FedEx driver. Thanks God, my package no longer has to suffer the extremely terrible FedEx service, this is because I return it to shipper.

Worst week of my life! They say they attempted delivery, I was home all those times, no one buzz the door... Left tag 2 times, while we were home waiting for the package... They pick and choose what they deliver! Customer service was trying to help, but pretty useless as well. They say it will be delivered and it isn't over and over! I can't pick up, because it's a big item, and I don't have a truck! I feel helpless, because they not doing the job they paid to do!
Came to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Delta to pick up a large package. I used the phone at the pickup window, and a super helpful FedEx team member, Shiryas, brought out my package and drove it right to my truck. Great customer experience.
Overal rating speaks for itself. This ground service is a bunch of clowns, their drivers arent emloyees but contractors and they dont give a flying heck, they have no idea how to deliver parcels and how to provide customer service. All their internal communication is broken and if you ever want to see your order never ever use fedex ground service. Their international division is good though.
