warning! Don't buy property from Maple Leaf Homes, this High rise is one of them! Trust me! we just hold a strata meeting for our new apartment, since we got the apartment from them early this years, we got a lot of issues, and finnlay people get together to send letters to City of Delta to get involved the issue already.. their poor quality control is terrible, As I know, they have another project in Tsawwassen, BC, be careful about that, and another one in Delta, BC, which has been postponed by City of Delta due to too much deficiency complain, so city decided if they did not fix those deficiencies, they will not get development permit! Hope this information can be seen by all people want to buy their property!

Has a small gym in it ..superstore is on a walking distance and a couple gyms around it Td bank is at the back side 319 bus for the sky train comes frequently
If you like living around sketchy people with constant theft and police presence, noisy neighbors you can hear through paper thin walls and ceiling, a strata that doesn't answer the phone and takes no action on any bylaw issue including cigarette smoke filled hallways... then this place is for you!
Whilst we have had our issuesin the past it is still a great place to live.We have good neighbours and great staff and I would recommend to anyone come join us at Delta Rise.
Soo close , I bet you you could almost feel me :-) .. almost ... Then I'm gone... Back to the highway to a place where these buildings don't stand alone , but in colonies ... Come and see what my world looks like sometime :-)
