This guy installed Hot Water Boiler in my home around three months back. He asked me to pay by cash to avoid taxes but I paid him via Credit Card and asked him to provide me receipt/invoice. The person gave me his mobile number and said that he will send the receipt/invoice after he reaches his home. Since then I called him around a dozen times to send me the receipt/invoice but all in vain. I had to claim green energy discount from BC Hydro within time frame but he did not supply the receipt so BC Hydro discount is gone but he did not supply me the receipt/invoice. Since a week of installation of Tank, a pipe beside the boiler started leaking and I called him numerous times but he is neither listening to phone nor replying to voice messages. The leakage is still going on. Does anyone guide me what should I do in this situation so this guy is penalized not to fiddle with the customers. As an Update: As the owner is saying send address, I gave them address two three times. They promised to come at least 4 times but did not appear wasting my 4 days. Today morning they appeared without calling me prior if I am home or not. After investigation, they shirk the responsibility that the leakage was due to their fault and asked me to for 225 more if I want the leakage to be fixed. I am still suspecting that they messed up to cause leakage. Caused so much stress to me and also loss of my 4 days worth of time. For first time they just showed up immediately and thereafter if something went wrong they never bothered. Also, I am asking for invoice/receipt since they installed tank but every time they said they will send it in the evening but never gave me invoice. They asked to pay cash and avoid taxes. Wondering if Canadian Revenue Agency can verify if these guys are causing loss of revenue to Canadian Government by encouraging clients to pay cash and avoid taxes.

Kal replaced my 50G hot water tank with just same day call. I called at 11am, he said he would be my property at 4:30. Actually they came in at 4:20 while I was driving on the way to my property. He managed to replace my leaking hot water tank with two helpers. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. I will recommend their service to my friends and group too. The price is very reasonable with 6 year warranty. I do not know any other company can provide such a wonderful service. Great job.
