When our 20 yr old washing machine broke down on the weekend I figured it would be the same thing as what has been repaired a few times before. Alas, it was not to be. BAS was able to come for service the following Wednesday (they’re busy for a reason) & determined the washer had spun itself out. 3 new low price options were suggested, with all being on sale! We made our selection and the new machine was delivered, installed & the dead one taken away the next day!! And we weren’t dinged for the not necessary service call! Excellent service from Bas. They tried to fix my refrigerator . When is still dint work they took the old part back and gave me a full refund. I then purchased a new refrigerator from them which they delivered and installed even though they had to take the old doors off to fit it in. This company is a 10!
Ven was very thorough and professional when repairing our dryer. He found the problem right away and was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient with the repair. I really appreciated the effort too to keep costs down. I will certainly refer others to use BAS appliance services.
