Fredy took on a project that other plumbers weren’t willing to do. We had a brand new tub that was poorly installed and needed to be fixed. He took the time to really assess the situation, come up with a safe and effective solution and then complete the job in a timely manner. The results are fantastic and I would happily call them again.

We had our old toilet removed and a new one replaced and the installation was so fast and we are very happy with the results! The team was great, we managed to lock ourselves out as soon as they arrived and they were patient enough to wait while we left to pick up our spare keys and get back into the apartment. Called Absolute Pluming when I had a problem with my furnace. Very easy to get a hold of - NO waiting in a call queue listening to advertisements! Got to talk to a live person who was very helpful in organising an appointment. When the time came, I got a text message reminder in the morning and then a 5 minute warning text when the technician was on his way - extremely helpful and prompt and ON-TIME! I've spent many long frustrating hours over the years waiting for other appointments to show up, only to be disappointed. Not so with Absolute Plumbing - in the end I needed a follow up visit to fit the broken part and it was the same experience the second time around - on time, text reminders and all very easy for me. Once the tech had determined the issue during the first visit, i got an emailed quote for parts and labour which I was able to easily acknowledge with the click of a button and within the hour had my second appointment booked up over text message. SO simple, quick and clear. My emailed invoice included a quick summary of the work undertaken with a series of photos taken by the tech during the job. Another clear and welcome communication that was also very helpful. I'm rambling... but essentially I'm very impressed with these guys - the prompt and accurate service, the level of communication was outstanding (so badly lacking almost everywhere else) and I will most definitely use them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Trustworthy plumbers. It takes a lot to impress me, but these guys and gals are the real deal! Highly recommend them for a small or big job.
About a week & a half ago Freddie & his parter fixed a leaking water line between the kitchen sink & refrigerator. They did a great job. They arrived quickly after we called them. Today they arrived right on time to install a new 189 litre hot water tank & added an expansion tank for safety. They removed the old tank & finished the installation of the new tank in a little over three hours. They cleaned up after themselves. They wore face masks & footwear covers to protect our floors & the guys were friendly & respectful. Absolute Plumbing are the best company we have ever used for plumbing & gas fitting projects in our home.
