Fairly large gym. Good lighting. Good training atmosphere. A good variety of machines. A generous amount of free weights/dumbbells/benches. Offers spinning and other typical classes. Only \issue\ is that it is fairly crowded at peak weekday hours (4:30 pm-7:30pm).

Overall nice place. Plenty of machines so you generally don't have to wait. Nothing to say against the pricing, the shakes they sell vary from ok to good and the staff is mostly nice. My only reel problem with this place are some of the clients. Too many guys talk about the girls in the gym in a... distasteful manner. To say it politely.
