Through this endeavor, we aim to help our nation's service members by illuminating the possibility of using HBOT to help treat TBI and PTSD. Hyperbaric Services of the Palm Beaches, LLC is a free-standing hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment facility, which was established in 2005. In 2008, we achieved JCAHO-accreditation—an accomplishment that we have maintained since. To this day, we are the only freestanding, JCAHO-accredited hyperbaric oxygen therapy facility in the United States. The primary purpose of our facility is to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy for children and adults with neurological conditions and wound complications. Our facility offers six Sechrist monoplace hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers, model 3600. They are among the largest monoplace chambers manufactured. Each chamber was built to the standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and is routinely serviced by the manufacturer (last serviced: August, 2013). In order to provide the optimal care for our patients, a physician is always present during hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments, and patients are never left unmonitored. A technician, trained in hyperbaric medicine, is always with the patient.
