Love working out here! They have been amazing during the pandemic with videos and other tools to make sure those of us who cannot make it into the studio are still able to get in quality work outs at home. They help not only with getting you into working out but also work on your nutrition and help you define your \whys\ and goals. I've been here almost 2 years and can't imagine where I'd be without coaches Jessy and Sydney.

I've been with Delray Fitbody since they opened a few years ago and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my daily fitness needs. The coaches are invested in my success not only while I'm working out, but also with my eating habits and choices outside of the gym. So far I've lost 60 pounds but gained so much confidence and muscle along the way. When first starting, they provided knowledgeable movement modifications and I trust their guidance as I progress with heavier weights and more challenging movements. The owner and coaches are what makes this place special.
