I bought a used Ram truck from Scott Feinberg. The process was smooth and relatively quick. When I did the test drive the truck was literally on E and the fuel estimate said less than 10 miles range....so I asked that the truck be filled up. Scott says “no problem’ we can do that”. This was a lie...they did not, would not make this happen, even after I returned to the dealer a week later to try and “collect”. In all the experience was fine....however don’t leave the door if they have promised anything until they deliver...otherwise they could care less about you.
