The blood draw was unacceptable to Genova, who sent me another kit. They said it came to them unspun. I went into get the same blood draw and hoped I would not be charged as it was their mistake. I did not, they charged me for the mistake. I had another blood draw and got a call this morning from Genova that again, it was received unspun and I needed to have it done again. I would not recommend this business.

The office was very clean. The entire process was quick and painless, literally. She was very good at drawing blood. I know I have difficult veins and most of the times I have them draw from my hand which can hurt. Not this time. Also results were received within 24 hours.
