My husband and I decided to ignore any previous negative comments and went with Dell's due to it being a family run business. We have used these guys (Father and Son) twice now and are very happy with the service given.

I wish I could give less than one star. They are lazy, disorganised and will waste your time. I booked a simple job (three windows cleaned only externally on the first floor) a week ago for today. They said they’d come between 10am and 12pm, so I managed to take a break from work and came home to wait. They simply didn’t show up and I tried to contact them about six times with no success as they weren’t picking up the phone. When I eventually managed to speak to them they told me they had been here but rang the wrong doorbell. They then said they actually don’t have a ladder for the job (???) and that I should speak to someone else. Appalling.
Recently had my windows cleaned by this company, really happy with the service also a bonus with being a family buisness. Turnt up on time and happy with the service provided, will definitely use again.
