can't get a simple order correct, 2 times in a row, the first time they sent out another pizza and driver didn't want to take the other 1 but the 2nd time we asked for a refund as it was the exact same mistake and we wanted to eat together & didn't want to wait for another 45 min-1h so the other person could eat! my partner had to go to work so as they didn't want the pizza last time I told him to just take it out with him so the cats would get hold of it but noooo this time they want the pizza and now I can't leave my house as I have 2 kids in bed but I explained where the pizza was literally sat in the top of the bin in the carpark and that he could get it first but no, they didn't want pizza last time but now they do because apparently the manager wants to eat it after it has been in a strangers house, well now I know also how seriously the manager is taking the rules from the government, and if you ask for food back then do it every time not on a random occasion! I've lost out on money just from them not listening to a what toppingsand what is even more funny is the fact it was only meant to be 1 topping on the pizza in the first place so they clearly don't listen.. we ordered here alot but not now as I'm fed up as the 3rd would only be the same
I visited this establishment on the 02/07/2020 late evening when it was quite quiet to buy some food, firstly it took 10 minutes of me standing for someone to take my order. Then once placed my order it took 35/40 minutes to prepare a pizza and a burger meal which was cold. Pizza was brought to the front due to being ready before burger then moved to the back as it was getting colder... customers came and left before me and it did not appear busy as one staff member was standing by the phones doing absolutely nothing. When asking him about my order he didn't have clue even tho he took it. Great way to treat regular customers Rude customer service from certain staff and shocking food quality AVOID
