Meat was delicious but some of the sauces on them where overpowering. Especially the vinegar sauce on the sausage masked the flavor of the meat. Pork belly and ribs were very good and the sides were nice. House-made barbecue sauce was the perfect blend of vinegar and tomato and paired very nicely with the pork. Fast and decent food. Friendly and attentive staff. They offered to reheat your food if it got too cold as we ate outside.

I didn’t know what to expect when i came to eat here but it blew my mind. The staff was super friendly, making sure we had a great dinner. The food was also amazing, meat was tender, soft and tasty. Coleslaw and the Mac and cheese also so delicious. They also have good selection of beer and complimentary nuts and bread. If i stayed longer in Lyon, i would probably comeback to eat here again.
Really good restaurant for slow cooked meat. Interesting concept where you pay by weight. Mac & cheeze side are really nice. Only a bit expensive.
