Worst exp. I have taken , meet Anand prakash don't have sense how to talk with customer. He is working like a Govt. employee. I have disconnect my connection because my home is under construction. He also took 236 /- from me to starting my connection. NDPL has monopoly in North Delhi power we are not in position to raise our voice otherwise they can torture us.

This is the regional head office for the north delhi TPDDL where various services has been provided to the customer's also they provide the LED And A.C to the customer whitin the fair prices and as per guidelines of the delhi Govt. The staff members are fairly good and they have much better cleanliness around the office. You can park your two wheeler and four wheeler after the verification also apply for the following 1.new connection domestic/commercial 2.surrender of temporary meter 3.apply for the refund 4.different schemes 5.complaint against the electricity theft etc..

very confusing system ... no easy access for elderly or physically challenged people, one has to climb a mount bloody everest to meet with the officials...please think about this before planning to have a meeting with any one there...
