You required only three documents for adding name in this office: 1.) Format of Application ( You can wright with pen as well) 2.) Birth certificate with out name one ( Online certificate only considerable) 3.) Id proof of father or mother ( Only one is applicable) The format of application in Hindi and English are attached herewith. Govt office MCD to make date of birth or death certificate.

The online property tax has become headache for me and even support team are not resolving issues promptly. i have paid tax but they are not genrating payment slip

There properly tax site had been recently changed, we had been filling tax since last 5 years in our name, but now it is showing the name of last owner and payment done by him, and site itself is not at all helpful, I don't know what kind of people are working or the are even qualifiedffor handling such tasks. it is very frustrating even their ID cards don't have correct information, very substandard work by MDC.

Good experience .. I was here for name addition in birth certificate and process was smooth though there was a line but managed ... For addition of name of you kid you need to submit an application .. I have attached image of the application .. plus you have to bring adhar card of both mother and father also make a photo copy of the application as they will give receiving of the same
