This is the wrost ever experience with this company because His service, his engineer all are lier and His staff specially gopal, Priya, etc. All are froud And they don't know how to treat their customer \Specially their product is worth less Please don't go for froaster fridge and parvana fridges.\ Please don't purchase their product
Would give less than the one star if i could, horrible company loots and steals advances, doesnt deliver products for multiple months whereas the delivery period promised was less than a week, rude behaviour is the cherry on top, this was the worst experience shopping in a long time, i hope online shopping takes over the market and kills such experiences. Today, my wife noticed there was a problem with our refrigerator. I think refrigerator refrigerant gas leaks but I have no idea regarding this issue. It was our first time with a refrigerator refrigerant gas leaks. After calling dozens of refrigeration companies, National Refrigeration Company was the only ones that could come out the next day. National Refrigeration Company was showed up on-time, was courteous, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. His price was also reasonable even considering the short notice. We could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of National Refrigeration Company. I would recommend them highly!!!
