Worst ever bank experience. Dont even think of opening an account there. I repeat dont even think. Or you will regret it all your life. Bank staff is ill mannered, liars, careless and even unapologetic for even the horrendous errors they do. Your slippers will burn down but they won't fix your bank issues.

A usual ICICI Bank Branch and an onsite Bank's ATM. Working at the branch appears un-organised, haphazard at times. Difficult to resolve any non-fiction banking issue, if crops up. Experienced the Officer/Manager on duty made me suffer for about 3-4 days for a small University Fee foreign exchange remittance where the same transaction through bank's net banking got through in one go successfully..... the officers not well versed of laws and rules. Yes, a lot of lip service....if you want.
