If I could give 6 stars I would. So precise, so knowledgeable, so spiritual. My body is learning to move again, and I learn how to reconnect with muscles that I forgot I had. Yoga at it best. Rene is a warm yet goal oriented teacher. He knows where you can go to and how to get you there in your right tempo.

Great place to learn yoga to any level! All postures are clearly explained, and every student receives corrections and indications how to do them well. My back pain completely disappeared since I am doing yoga, and others also noticed that I have now a better posture.
Great yoga classes full of personal attention. Rene is good in stimulating everyone in class no matter what level you are! It is a joy coming to his classes every week.
Great Iyengar yoga lessons for all levels. René is a good and passionate yoga teacher and gives everyone a lot of personal attention. Would highly recommend it!
I was not a beginner when I started practicing yoga under the supervision of Rene. I absolutely love his teaching and warm and friendly atmosphere in the studio. Since the class size is kept small, every student gets enough personal attention, including extra challanges voor those who want them.
