It is a very nice store with a highly competent staff. You will get a good service and advise. I highly recommend this store.

I bought two CUBE bikes there, a city-touring one and a race one. In both cases the personnel did a great job, recommending what I was looking for and also pointing out good-value-for-money options. After some time I'm still very happy with both of them. I also took there two older bikes for repair (which I had bought somewhere else) and they also did a good job there. In my view, one of the top bike stores in Delft.

Today, I discovered a flat tire and I called De Wolf to get information regarding the price for the reparation and the availability. They informed a price of 20 euros and to be ready this afternoon. Then, I took my bike and I went to the shop, for my surprise, suddenly price raised to 25 euros and it would be ready for tomorrow. Maybe they are busy, but my time is also valuable and this kind of situations are very unprofessional.

Ridiculously overpriced. De wolf, as in a wolf hunting for you money. If you want to pay too much for your bike parts and want your inside tires to be replaced with second hand stuff I would recommend to go to this place. FOR QUALITY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I recently purchased a used electric bike from this store. The bike turned out to have a defective part (motion sensor). The problem appears after a 15/20 minutes of pedaling so it was not visible during the short tryout. After a few days I returned to the store to see if they would repair it, as it had been sold to me already defective. The man I spoke with told me that it was \bad luck on my part\ and that the repair would cost around 200 euro. His excuse was that I did not purchase the 6 month guarantee so I had voluntarily taken the risk. But my argument is that a bike store like the De Wolf Fietsen cannot sell you a second hand product already broken without taking any responsibility. The reason why I put two stars and not one is that the man was polite and well mannered.
