good service, friendly understanding staff, and they ask relevant questions. Very good results. 2 week warranty, if you come within 6 weeks - 20% discount. You do need to register in their system though (duh). Lisa is a good hairdresser/stylist.

Very nice hairdresser with friendly staff. Free coffee is available if you have to wait, though calling before you go ensures that the wait is limited to a couple of minutes. Have never been unhappy with their cut and prices are affordable (and students get a discount, which is always welcome).
The quality varies between different hairdressers here, but I just had one of my life worst haircuts and I am upset. Who the hell teaches them to thin your hair like crazy and then put tons of wax and other stuff on it to give volume??? Of course I need volume if you chop away more than half of my hair with thinning scissors! You ask for a haircut and they do basically what they want. My hair is so awful I just want to hide somewhere and come out in 3 months after it grows a little so at least someone can correct it! Will never set my foot there again.
Chill people and a good haircut is what will make me come back again :)!
The most undereducated hairdresser I have ever encountered. My hair looks like a child has played with them. Don't waste your money. You can cut hair better yourself.
Took forever to get my turn, then during my turn the hairdresser left me halfway through to help some female friend who just walked in pick out a nice new hair color. I'd advise to spend your time and money elsewhere.
