Rotsvast has provided me the required support over my 1-year in Delft. Going for the 2nd one now. They have been communicative and responsive on all my requests.

Rots-Vast managed our apartment for about 15 years - first on a short-term basis and later with long-term tenants. We were highly satisfied both with their services and with the quality of long-term tenants they identified for us. Payment was always on time and Rots-Vast personnel were generally responsive - at times going out of their way to provide personal assistance. Emergency repairs were handled rapidly, although sometimes minor maintenance issues took longer to resolve. We would definitely use their services again should the need arise.
We contacted several real-estate agencies, and Rotsvast Delft was by far the most responsive agency. Kevin got back to us on the same day, and the whole process (from the moment we scheduled an online viewing until signing the contract) took less than a week. I can't recommend their services enough (for which they do not charge any fees) if you're looking for a smooth rental process and excellent customer service.
I dealt with 2 real estate agencies while looking for an apartment in Delft. With Rotsvast, I had a viewing appointment within the hour thanks to Kevin who had actually read my emails, and remembered what I was looking for. I very much appreciated that. (Unlike at bjornd where agents are so busy on the phone, they hardly notice you in their office, and you have to wait for a week to receive a viewing appointment). Everything went smoothly afterwards regarding signing and inspection. And no agency fees with Rotsvast. Professional, fast, to the point. I highly recommend them.
They were very helpful in finding a place to stay during a period of high demand. Friendly, professional, and honest: the house was as described and the inspections at the start and end of the rental period were done fairly. Thanks to Kevin, especially, for his fantastic work.
