We had drinks outside in the lovely courtyard between our meeting and dinner. The chef met with us while we drank and discussed our needs. He then visited the table at each course to describe the dish. We had a set menu and each course was delicious. Good wine selection too. Service during dinner was faultless.

We ve been at Kruydt 2 times already. I would say it's one of the few good restaurants in Delft. By good I mean that they put some thinking behind the menu and that they pay attention to the food styling too. The place has a good ambience too. It is also nicely located in an old building very close to the center.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good executed dishes combined with a spacious and beautiful location results in a very pleasant evening.
Dishes are ok/good. Nothing really fancy will be served. Some of the dishes where simple and tasty. The main part of the dish was often to salty (poultry, veal). Because of that it was impossible to taste all the other parts of the dish. The wines are good. The service was also good. They know there dishes and wines. Nothing to command of that. Price quality ratio wasn't good. If the prices where 20% lower the price quality ratio would be better. I would not come back to this restaurant for at least half a year to give them time to improve the dishes.
Was here with relatives while visiting. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff, nice food selection, clean, and abundant parking. I had one of the best Moscow Mules made by a very nice and skilled barkeep; she really knew how to make drinks. Highlights of the meal were the ribs, the hummus, and the salads.Desert was off the hook as well. Will be back for sure on my next visit.
