I used to recommend Kay to my friends due to his efficiency. Yet, you should not praise your agent before moving out, when the troubles really start. Were hit with claims that had no grounds in the contract or law, only categorically and relentlessly pushed because “he says how it is”. When we asked for explanation or provided with opinion lawyer (from Juridisch Loket) in contrary to their claims, these were just ignored. Almost 400 was taken from our deposit. It has been 3 months since we moved out and not even a receipt has been provided, which shows the low professional standards. Since suing will cost way more money than they took (which I am sure they know and deliberately taken advantage of foreigners) this is the only way prudent to warn against this agent. Stay clear.
