Maarten was an absolute pleasure to deal with online. He has gone out of his way to make the process easy and as foreigners for us to claim our VAT (BTW) back. They also have a gorgeous collection of toys - Grimms, Grapat, Waytoplay, etc. Highly recommend to locals and tourists alike!
