Horrible pet store. Sick animals, bugs in the pet food you buy and when you want to return something because it's broken or something else is wrong they get aggressive. Animals are constanty pregnant with no hideouts or extra bedding to sleep/hide in. Cages are always to small and dirty, staff is also just unfriendly when you ask a simple question.
kind and friendly, stocked with everything you need. Very ready to help even if we do not speak dutch. Highly recommended.
Nice little place and friendly. Did find things to be a bit pricier than expected
Staff is rude and unprofessional. Went to get a scratching pole for our cat. While looking at the exhibited models, the employee refused to go and check if they had a particular model new in a box. To me this was crucial information, since they have a cat walking around freely at the store, using the exhibited models.
