Good quality and large variety
I bought kitchen tapestry.
We picked something up and discovered back home it don't fit due to poor advice. Their solution was to give discount on reordering the same thing with the right measures.
Bought a lounge set on good discount. The webshop offered to let me pick up from a store and since the house was being renovated, I found it more convenient. However, they packed it so badly (in a huge one pack) that it was not possible to fit it into a station-wagon (Passat). Then I asked if they can deliver it for a cost, but the store rudely refused. I hired a mini-lorry later and then for 45 mins they made me run around 2 floors of the parking as they were not sure where they have stored my packet. This costed me extra rental hours for the mini-lorry too. Nevertheless, when we opened the packet, we found it was damaged. The webshop blamed it to the store whose employee was super rude and shrewd. He said they don't have any pieces anymore and I have to bring it back to the store at my cost or they'll do so for additional 45 Euro. So at the end, I would pay around 130 euro for transport and will still get nothing (only my original amount) as they won't even replace or repair the thing. Never every buy from Leen bakker!!!!! They are the biggest cheats in the market.
