Very disappointed with the service in this store. We signed up for fixed Internet and were explicitly told that it would be activated on a Monday since we needed this when working from home. It turned out it would actually only be activated on Wednesday. Furthermore, we were told we don't need to pay the fixed 25 euros to start the contract since we had mobile subscriptions. This turned out to not be the case. So straight up lies to make the contract look better. In retrospect I would have chosen another company.

Very bad service from the shop staff, especially the lady with the long darkhair. She has bad attitude and bad explanations abouts some products. Such a shame

Gorgeous store with a comfortable waiting area. Staff is knowlegeable about all KPN-related services and devoces. Be prepared to pay with a card, they do not accept cash.
