Very nice and relaxing diner. It's situated in Delftse Hout's nature park next to a lake and because of that also rents out waterbikes. There's a small playground for kids, so young and old can enjoy themselves before or after a drink/bite to eat. The menu isn't too big but the selection is nice. The satay was very tasty! Staff is attentive, checking up during the meal if all is to satisfaction. All in all this friendly and relaxed atmosphere makes for a nice place to stop by. Note: closed during the winter months
Interesting venue, eclectic decoration and located just off the main lake. Boats for hire. Coffee, beer etc. available along with a snack/lunch menu. Fantastic staff who, like most Dutch people, are friendly and helpful. I believe it is not open in the evening apart from private parties.
Located in natural surroundings, the walk around the premises is quite different from city life. There are some activities at the venue but I've never tried them (such as water bikes). The restaurant is cosy with nice food. It's impossible to reserve a spot so on busy sunny days you might be left without a table or having to wait for one. Parking is close by and free, and gives you access to the surrounding area as well which is great off you like walks.
Nice place for a small party or gathering!!
