Serious and professional. Thankful for the help I've gotten here in hard times. This HSK-location is located on the 3rd floor of a combined health center (pharmacy, dentist etc). There's free parking, sometimes it's hard to find a spot but usually there's ample spaces available. The waiting area is small and open with free refreshments (tea/coffee/water). HSK works as followed; There's a questionnaire you fill in on your personal page on the HSK-website before your intake. You then have an intake (which is efficient seeing you already answered the questionaire skipping tedious matter and getting right to the point) after which a second small talk about the intake takes place. They then assign someone to your case. T wait for the intake can be some weeks, depending on location and how busy it is. After which the start of your treatment can take a few weeks too, keep that in mind. The appointments as well as documents, questionaires etc. can be viewed on your personal page. The helpdesk is quick, friendly and efficient to help with any queries you might have or to (re-)set an appointment. People complaining about the waiting time don't understand it's normal three are waiting lists, it's the same in hospitals, get over it!

Wat een vreselijke ervaring! Psycholoog had 3 klokken. Eentje aan de muur (luid tikkend), eentje op de computer.. en nu komt ie: eentje op haar bureau (reisklokje), precies tussen ons in! Daar werd onophoudend naar gekeken. Steevast exact 5 minuten te vroeg werd er zeer subtiel aangegeven dat de tijd erop zat. Deze net afgestudeerde psychologenclub leek niet in mij geïnteresseerd. Ze kijken vlak voor je naar binnen gaat nog even snel in de computer waar het ook alweer over ging en reutelen een paar modellen op, die ze soms uittekenen op een whiteboard als ze een goeie dag hebben. Dit alles in een vreselijk sfeerloze kantoorsetting. Ver bij deze toko uit de buurt blijven als je jezelf serieus neemt is mijn advies! Diagnose gaat als volgt: Vooraf mag u een vragenlijst invullen en krijgt u een stempel van 'het systeem'. U bent dan bijvoorbeeld autistisch met borderline-trekjes. Je gaat met een slechter zelfbeeld naar buiten dan naar binnen daar, maar da's mijn ervaring.. :)

De locatie is erg moeilijk te vinden en ligt op de derde verdieping. De psychologe zelf was vriendelijk en begrijpelijk. Zij was oprecht erg fijn om mee te praten.
