The hotel had a great feel upon arrival Staff great, very helpful and informative, always smiling. Room was amazing even though not much of a view and located at the back of hotel, but that was fine as was shielded from the noise from the square where the bars and restaurants were. Located in a small square of hustle and bustle of these bars Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lovely coffee machine. Loved it

A lovely hotel in the historic centre of Delft. All rooms have their own Dutch master artists theme, which makes every room unique. I stayed in the Melkmeisje van Vermeer room, which was spatious and comfortable, yet still very cozy.
Good hotel in the very center of the city. Friendly reception. Very nice environment outside with bar and restaurants.

There is literally zero sound proofing. I woke up several times because of the noise from the street / market square. The bed was ok and room was nice too, but that doesn't help if you can't get any sleep.
What a lovely hotel, in a lovely place. Delft is excellent and the hotel staff are really excellent!
A nice hotel very well located in the heart of Delft. The staff is very welcoming. However it is slightly old fashioned and there is no lift, while all the stairs are very steep !
