Very friendly and accommodating staff. A minute walk from the Delft train station. All locations are within walking (or cycling!) distance.
Close to the train station, room a bit old fashioned, breakfast not included.
Very bad wifi signal. I could connect only at the hotel's lounge. Also bad breakfast, but that I expected. Location is good. Last minute change of room was possible and without extra charges except for the difference in the rooms' prices.
Simple and serene. Receptionists are very helpful.
I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the station: the worst mistake ever. The rooms are ugly and old, the heat is unbearable since the windows can't open and there is no ac or fan. The rooms have no coffee or tea machine. The wifi will not reach the upper floor and the owner only cares about stealing your money at every step. Stay somewhere else in the centre since no hotel can be worse than hotel coen.
The service of receptions is good. But the Wi-Fi is not stable and the room is old.
Cheap and functional... Small room and bed but still a proper hotel
